Miriam Rhame Medley honored as ‘Living Legend’

Miriam Rhame Medley, a resident of Lexington, SC, was bestowed the title of “Living Legend” in recognition of her remarkable service during the Vietnam War. The ceremony, held on March 14th at the Village of Southlake, celebrated Medley’s dedication as a Red Cross Recreational Worker in Vietnam.

Joined by 100 family and friends, including SC Ambassadors Shelly Langston, Barb Kucharczyk, and Denise Scarboro, Medley was honored by The Women in Military Service for America Memorial Foundation. This esteemed foundation aims to honor women’s contributions to national defense and inspire future generations.
