Wendy Barnhill
Executive Director
Wendy Barnhill has been with The Village at Southlake for 15 years. She started her role as the business manager and worked her way to the executive director position. She loves caring for and spending time with her residents.
In her free time, Wendy enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
Mary Staberg
Vibrant Life® Director
Mary Staberg has worked in senior living communities as the activities director since 2018. Prior to this role, she spent five years planning senior travel. Mary enjoys making activities fun and keeping The Village at Southlake community active.
Charles Judy
Building Services Director
Charles Judy brings more than 12 years of experience in maintenance for multifamily housing and has been at The Village at Southlake since 2017. Charles has a passion for working with seniors and making sure their homes are well maintained and everything is running smoothly. A native of South Carolina, Charles spends his free time watching wildlife, being in nature and looking for historical artifacts. He has a daughter and son with his wife of 12 years.
